We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2023, at the age of 80, Joyceann A. Underwood of New Chicago, Indiana, born in Edwardsville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Dutton and Eleanor L. Dutton; her former husband Charles Arthur Agnew I; and her sister Judy Ruhman. She is survived by: her husband Ron Underwood; her children, Chuck Agnew II, David Agnew and Jodi Richmond; and her siblings, John Dutton, Allen Martin, Curtis Martin, Steve Martin, Nora Cooper, Ruth Stanfil and Nancy Dickerson. She is also survived by many many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
