We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2021, at the age of 82, Atha Brown-Devine of New Chicago, Indiana, born in East Chicago, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Devine of New Chicago; her children, Flora Roulette of Hobart, Cindy Tschopp of Valparaiso and Frank Brown, III (Mona) of Burns Harbor; and her brother William Hosch (Patricia) of Merrillville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
