He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Miller and Sissie Miller (Stevens); his wife Margaret J. Miller (McFalls); his daughter Tammy Miller; his grandson Jeremy Miller; and his siblings, Phillip Miller, Pearly Popplewell and Willard Miller Wilkinson.

He is survived by: his sons, Alan Miller, Rickey Miller (Debbie) and Roger Miller (Diane); and his sisters, Peggy Lane (Dale) of Knightstown and Leva Riley Wilkinson.
