He is survived by: his children, Linda Kelley Brewster, Teresa Kelley Hall and Virgil Kelley, Jr. of New Castle; his grandchildren, Brandie Burke (Kenny), Jordan Brewster, Kendall Brewster, Wendy Cook (Chad), Randi Hyden, Carl Hyden and Virgil Kelley III; and his siblings, Villa Williams (Boone) of New Castle and Junior Adkins of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
