He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ned Sr. Klotz and Betty Klotz (Gibson); his wife Tracy Atkins; his sons, Todd Kevin "T. K." (Sergio Sanchez), Eric Michael and Ethan Patrick Klotz (Libby); his sisters, Cynthia Worthington (Michael) and Molly Bryan; his father-in-law Michael Atkins; his siblings-in-law, Gretchen Cobb and Michael Atkins (Mary Lou); his pet Mabel Jane; his brother Ned Klotz; and his mother-in-law Sharon Atkins. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the New Castle/Henry County Kiwanis Club, PO Box 93 New Castle, IN 47362.
