She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Cline and Dorothy E. Cline (Swoveland); her son Richard D. Bell; her brother Rollin E. "Rocky" Cline; her brother-in-law Nicky Bell; her parents-in-law, Hobert F. Bell and O. Eullillian Bell; and her son-in-law Bruce E. Koger.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda; her children-in-law, Joe Wiley of Mooreland and Jackie Bell; her grandchildren, Jacob Johnson (Ciara) of Elizabeth City, Amy Pullins (Will) of Lawrence, Meghan Bowlin (Lusion) of Mooreland and Melissa Callow (Conner) of Mooreland; her great grandchildren, Haley Mitchell (Jeremiah) of Knightstown, Trinity Driskill, Maciah Driskill, Rielyn Johnson, Fulton Callow of Mooreland, Finlyn Pullins of Lawrence, Reagan Pullins (Mayci) of Erie, PA, Chanell, Ean and Lukas Johnson of Elizabeth City, NC; her great great grandchild Brinley Allen Mitchell; her siblings, Cindy Farmer and David Cline (Michelle); and her close friend Virgil "Butch" Bird.
