She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Mooreland and Annie Myrtle Ferguson Mooreland; and her daughters, Sue Moore and Linda L. Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Charlie E. Lowe; her children, Judy Slover (Mark), Gene, Pete and Lee Lowe; her adoptive daughter Sydney Willis (Caleb); and her siblings, Betty Polston, Ricky Mooreland, Faye Chambers, Clayton Mooreland, Ralph Mooreland and Agnes Conaster. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild. 6 brothers and 6 sisters.
