Sheila Lynn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Witham and Mary Dicken Witham; and her siblings, Bob Witham, Sue South and Helen Hensley.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Witham (Wanda) of Lewisville, Gary Witham (Vickie) of Spiceland, Ruby Shook (Myron) of Alexandria, Wanda Hinshaw of New Castle, Opie Effinger of Long Beach, Diann Hitchcock of New Castle and Gail Coleman of New Castle; and her former husband David Oliver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
