We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2024, at the age of 87, Roy Lee Bolden of New Castle, Indiana, born in New Market, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Bolden and Grace Bolden (Wimmer); his son Chris Bolden; his siblings, Jim, Cecil Bolden, Mary and Gladys; and his son-in-law Kelvin D. Watson.

He is survived by : his wife Wanda Bolden (Blackburn); his children, Sherrie Watson, Rick Pierce (Pat) and Roger Pierce (Sandy); his grandchildren, Wendy Stearns (Ryan), Jackie Watson, Dustin Watson, Erica Chennault (Will), Casey Pierce, Brittney McCan (Alan), Shelby Smith (Austin) and Zach Hines; his great grandchildren, Joslyn, Kegan, Corbin, McKenna, Emma, Roxie, Ailish, Zoey, Clarke and Abbi; and his sister Joyce Estell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
