He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Brandenburg and Lillie Brandenburg (Gibson); his wife Ramona Brandenburg; his sisters, Helen Steele and Audrey Hunter; and his brothers-in-law, Estill Steele and Lee Hunter.
He is survived by: his sons, Roy Edward of Washington State and Tony Lee of New Castle; his sisters, Joyce Manning of Louisville, Kathleen Brandenburg of Beattyville and Jo Ann Farmer of Pershing; and his nephew Larry Steele of Cambridge City. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild who he had not yet met; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home (1993 Cumberland St, Cambridge City, IN 47327). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
