He is survived by: his wife Masako Lowhorn (Tamiya); his children, Tami (Lowhorn), Jon Lowhorn of New Albany, IN and Michelle Tagle (Lowhorn) of New Castle; his siblings, Paul Lowhorn of Cambridge City, IN, Jackie Sue Retz (Lowhorn) of New Lisbon, IN and Rick Lowhorn (Donna Lines) of Spiceland, IN; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hubler, Allyson Tagle, Alena Tagle, Nathan Lowhorn and Nolan Lowhorn.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362).
