Lee (Sarah); her grandchildren, Christian Lee, Quentin Lee and Jocelyn Paige Lee; her great grandchildren, Colsen Parisey and Callahan Parisey; her siblings, Melody J. Mastin, Jerry D. Mastin (Aleesa) and James A. Mastin; her aunts, Norma Dishman, Vonda Ballinger, Elsie, Alice and Rose Mastin; her caregivers, Karen Pennycuff and Melinda Dishman; and her nieces and nephews, Jared, Joshua Mastin, Maranda Zimmerman (Logan), Jonathan Mastin (Katrina), Kevin Mastin (Sarah) and Tresa Matthews (Dave).
