He is survived by: his wife Wanda Thurman of New Castle; his children, Sharon Wagaman (Brian) of Indianapolis, Barry Thurman (Debbie) of New Castle and Tony Thurman of Winter Park, Florida; his grandchildren, Brittany Davis (Brock), Stephen Thurman, Ashley Watkins (Jon), John Koepf (Katelyn) and Gunner Thurman; his great grandchildren, Carmen Davis, Corbin Davis (Cowboy), Scarlett Thurman and Silas Thurman; his siblings, Sue Stockton (Jack), Betty Whiles (Gale) and Larry Michael Thurman; his close friend Warren Catron (Bonnie); his siblings, Jim Thurman and Colleen Stephens; and his grandson Jeremy Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
