She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Arnold Starnes and Janet Marie Ford (West); her brother Jeremey Ford; her stepfather George "Toad" Ford; and her grandparents, Floyd Starnes, Irene Parragin, Lester West and Loretta McClendon.
She is survived by: her daughter Kailei Goad (Jeff Guffey) of New Castle; her grandsons, Cael and Rowan Guffey; her sisters, Jessica Stearns Brown of New Castle and Shonda Stanley of Winchester; her niece London; her nephew August of Winchester; and her aunt Becky Bilbrey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rose City Funeral Home (2011 Broad St, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
