It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark L Carter of New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William L. Carter; his niece Amber Niehoff; and his aunts and uncles, Don, Joe Carter, Scotty Wheeler, Margaret Hall and Emogene Carter.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lou Carter (Craig) of Springfield, VA; his wife Robin L. Carter of New Castle; his children, Emily L. Doss (Adam) of Noblesville, Brody J. Carter (Stephanie) of El Paso, TX and Heather V. Whitney (Kyle) of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Zeke, Tatum Doss and Levi Carter; his siblings, Cindy Carter of Springfield, VA, Lori Niehoff (John) of Burke, VA, Greg Carter (Beth) of Burke, VA, Larry Carter (Karen) of Ft. Wayne and Brent Carter (Jill) of Birmingham, AL; his aunts, Edna Wheeler of New Castle, Blanche Thompson (Ed) of New Castle and Kathy McQueen (Greg) of Farmland; his uncle George Carter (Zita) of New Castle; and his cousin Nancy Conway (Brian) of New Castle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
