He is survived by: his mother Maria Perez-Frias (Trevino); his wife Chelsea Bailey; his children, Faith Bailey, Justin Bailey, Jr., Mariana Bailey and Paola Bailey; his siblings, Ashley Bailey (Francisco Raymundo Lopez), Jose Dimas, Jr., Elvia Pucheta-Vequero (Santiago), Jenny Molina (Skyler Ballenger) and Noelia Molina; his grandmother Hilda Trevino; and his parents-in-law, Michael "Scot" and Carrie Prater. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
