With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Baker of New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on February 28, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Slagle and Edith Slagle (Morgan); and her siblings, Ronald, Benny, Timothy Slagle and Rhonda Didley.
She is survived by: her children, Aaron Baker (Heather) of Lafayette and Traci Baker of New Castle; her grandchildren, Hannah Baker, Ava Fleming (Ethan), Eden and Luke Baker; and her sisters, Linda Brown (Steve) of Middletown and Jeanette "Jeannie" Smith of New Castle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
