Davis Jr. of New Castle, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Howard and Florence Mae Davis, Sr. (Buie); and his wife Shirley Davis (Beck). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Pierce (John) of Indianapolis, Michael Romine (Linda) of New Castle, Pam Green (Chuck) of New Castle, Barbara Thurman (Jack) of New Castle, Paula Statzer (Jimmy) of New Castle, Sara Hart (Jake) of Indianapolis, Keith Davis (Julie) of Selma, Dawn Davis (Lori Reed) of Farmland, Kelli Braun (Ron) of Parker City and Michelle Sexton of New Castle. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, five great great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
