He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommie Clouse and Gordia L. Clouse; his son Tommy Edward; his siblings, Glynn Clouse (Mary Lou) and Lois Jean Goolsby (Donnie); his granddaughter Heather N. Poe; his mother-in-law Marcella Faucett; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Erhart and Gene Blake.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Troy L. Clouse and Tammy Poe (Tim); his grandchildren, Holli Poe, Cassidy Clouse (Daniel), Dalton Clouse, Kaley Clouse and Ashlynn Clouse; his great grandchild Jocelynn Adkins; and his close friends, Dale Farmer, Darryll Terrell and Jack Orr.
