We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2025, at the age of 93, Gloria McGaughey of New Castle, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Royce and Beulah Royce; her son David McGaughey; her brother Bill Royce; and her siblings-in-law, Arthur Plunkett, Phyllis Holcomb (Bud) and Fred Criswell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Regallis (Jeff) of Akron, Ohio and Michael McGaughey (Valerie) of O'Fallon Missouri; her daughter-in-law Sue McGaughey; her sister-in-law Shirley Criswell; her grandchildren, Shane McGaughey (Julie), Chris McGaughey, Anthony McGaughey, Suzanne Slabaugh, Richard Sladek (Amber), Josh McGaughey (JoAnna), Tiffany McGaughey and Tyler McGaughey; her great grandchildren, Quinton McGaughey (Destiny), Landon McGaughey, Cole Slabaugh, Logan Slabaugh, Krista McGaughey, Kassidee McGaughey, Baylee McGaughey, Brayson McGaughey, Jayce McGaughey and Rylee Hopkins; and her sister Deloris Habegger.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
