He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gross (Shorty) and Virginia Russell Hicks; his children, Diana and Terry; his brother Jack; and his half-sister Bonnie.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Gary Duncan (Barbara), Jeff Duncan (Peggy), Rita and Scott Sidwell; his stepson Doug Overton (Cynthia); and his siblings, Don Duncan (Deloris), Randy Gross (Judy) and Shirley Munson (Vernon). He is also survived by several grandchildren, step grandchildren, several great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
