She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard M. Shelton and Alice Shelton (Hatfield); her spouse Burchett Howard; her former husband Jim Mills; her grandson Wade Silvers; and her siblings, Sally Hurst, J. T. Shelton, James Shelton and Barbara Daffron.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Silvers (Pastor Don) and Sharon Brown (Frank); her stepdaughter Donna Thurman; her grandchildren, Dena Taylor (Aaron), Sean Silvers (Tina), Rich Binford (Misako) and Dawn Simpson (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Daisy Clark (Jordan), Natalie Silvers, Hanna Binford, Carvin Silvers, Seth Binford and Jocelyn Byers; and her great great grandchildren, Addy and Cora. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Apostolic Pentecostal Church (131 S 26th St, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Flossie's memory.
