He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Virginia Polson; his daughter Kristy Troxell; and his brothers, Jack and Gail Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Duncan; his children, Kaye Kendall (William), Kimberly Podhorn and Scott Troxell (Melisha); his grandchildren, Austin Kendall (Abigail), Mariah Kendall, Jacob Troxell (Jessica), Lexy Carlock (Shiloh), Marissa Troxell, Carrianne Dicus, Benjamin and Christopher Podhorn; his great grandchildren, Ember Jane Kendall and Hudson Scott Troxell; and his siblings, Randy and Shirley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (3406 S Memorial Dr, New Castle, IN 47362). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
