It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Christine Willoughby of New Castle, Indiana, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim A. Willoughby and Emma Jean Willoughby (Terry); and her brother Tom Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Heather Ralstin, David Ralstin (Nessey Farlee), Dakota Ralstin (Alyssa), Kara Ralstin and Summer Brown (Daniel Jiminez); and her siblings, Angela Ambrose and James Willoughby (Lisa). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Rose City Funeral Home 2011 Broad Street New Castle, IN 47362 to assist with funeral expenses.
