He is survived by: his wife Janet Witters; his children, Kevin Gahret (Ana) of Union City, Theresa Toschlog (Kyle Tanner) of Richmond, Rhonda Agee (Tracy) of New Castle and Bobby Hicks II (Elizabeth) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Leah Bergfield of Richmond, Justin Forman (Nicole) of Brookville, Kevin Smith (Brent) of Richmond, Maddie Agee of New Castle, Kean Gahret of Knightstown, Caitlin Hicks of Knightstown and Sara Hicks of Knightstown; and his siblings, Billy (Nancy) of Eaton, Larry (Joni) of Pershing, Joe Hicks (Debbie) of New Castle and Peggy Hook of Cambridge City. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren, great grandchildren and step-greatgrandchildren.
