He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Fultz and Ethel Mae Fultz (Mabry); his siblings, Robert, James, Opal Hinton and Violet Nickell; his son Billy Donald; and his grandson Daniel York II.
He is survived by: his sister Mable Adkins (Kenneth) of Morehead, KY; his daughter Sheila York (Daniel) of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Joe, Rob, Kallie, Kanyun, Sheri, Laurie, Elissa, Lanie, Katie and Abby. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
