She was predeceased by: her father Charles Hickerson; her siblings, Morris Hickerson (Virginia), Mildred Myers (Vance), Violet Whitesel (Ivan) and Ruth Stevens (Bob); and her daughter-in-law Patti Hester.
She is survived by: her mother Stella Hickerson (Hartman); her husband Dallas E. Hester; her children, Kathy Terrell (Tom) and Mark Hester; her grandchildren, TJ Terrell (Stephanie), Josh Terrell (Kari), Stephen Hester, Kristie Dilly (Roger), Danielle Crowthers (Eric) and Christopher Hester; her great grandchildren, Courtney, Kayla, Kelsey, Conner, Brody, Maddie, Addie, Jake, Jacob, Ryder, Kyler and Kamden; her great great grandchild Branch; her sister Shirley Retherford (Alan); and her in-laws, Donna Walsh, James Hester (Marcie) and Rita Beaty (Bob Pearson). She is also survived by grandma to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild.
