She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wells and Edith Wells (Jackson); and her sisters, Virginia Collins and Cathy Henderson. She is survived by: her son Jason; her husband James Smith; her daughter-in-law Amy Smith of Shirley, IN; her brother Art Wells; and her brother-in-law Ron Smith of Anderson, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
