She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Chester Combs and Isabell Combs (Adams); her husband Robert Dowell; her siblings, Rosalee, Gene and Kester; her niece Darlene Kirkman; her daughter Sheila Albertson (Tony) of Rolling Prairie, IN; her siblings, Mildred Wolfe, Roger Combs and Bobbie Taylor; her granddaughters, Sarah Hart (Joe) of Lafayette, Stephanie Kirkman of Knoxville, TN, Holly Smith (Luke) of Rolling Prairie and Heather Serry (Mark) of Galien, MI; and her great grandchildren, Grant Smith and Wyatt Serry. She was also cherished by mother, grandmother and had many dear friends.
