It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Irl Cavinder of New Carlisle, Indiana, born in Plainwell, Michigan, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Cavinder and Velma Cavinder (Short). He is survived by: his wife Gail Cavinder (Hartwick); his children, Lynn Chupp (Delmar) of LaGrange, IN, Cindy Campbell of La Porte, IN and Robby Cavinder of New Carlisle, IN; and his grandchildren, Chris Chapman (Kara), Brandon Pointon (Brenda), Stephanie Chapman (Shelby), Meghan Thomas (Gabriel), Jacqueline Kelley (Chris), Amanda Chupp and David Chupp (Diana). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
