He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay N. Carlisle (Mildred June Hooton) and New Carlisle; his brother Norris Hooton; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Hooton, Connie Hooton and Marlyn Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Hooton of New Carlisle, IN; his sons, Michael F. Hooton of New Carlisle, IN, Mitchell A. Hooton (Roanna) of New Carlisle, IN and Matthew C. Hooton (Dana) of Fishers, IN; his grandchildren, Abigail Hooton, Clara Nicolosi (Zackery), Brianna Hooton, Drew Hooton, Isabella Hooton, Jillian Hooton and Kailee Hooton; and his siblings, Norma Carlson of Phoenixville, PA, Arnold Hooton of Grand Rapids, MI and Richard Hooton (Marlene) of Goshen, IN. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
