She was predeceased by: her son Joseph "Joey" W. Kafka; her parents, Andrew Kluszczynski and Mary Ezra Reeves; her siblings, Delbert Ezra, Patsy "Pat" Voss, Alvin "Butch" Ezra and Penelope "Penny" Williams; and her husband Joe.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Schroeder (Jon); her grandchildren, Owen of New Carlisle, Olivia of New Carlisle and Olaina Schroeder of New Carlisle; and her sister Leila Patry of Lake Havasu, Arizona..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in her memory to the St. Stanislaus Kostka building fund.
