With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Blaze of New Carlisle, Indiana, born in La Porte, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Blaze and LuAn Blaze (Chapman); and his sister Pam Jervis. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Jayson Blaze (Wendy) of Mill Creek, IN, Jeremy Blaze (Amanda) of North Liberty, IN, Matthew Blaze (Loretta) of Crawfordsville, IN and Melisa Butler (Robert) of Crawfordsville, IN; and his sister Marsha Blaze of La Porte, IN. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
