She is survived by: her parents, Gene Hefner (Kay) of St. Joseph, MI and Jacki Hefner (Jim) of Niles, MI; her husband Bruce David Jacobs; her sons, Aaron Bello of New Carlisle, Jordan Jacobs of New Carlisle, Collin Jacobs of Michigan City, IN and Jeremy Jacobs of Michigan City, IN; and her siblings, Shelley Ortman Pease of South Carolina and Brian Ortman of Florida.
