He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McClaran and Crystal McClaran (Barber); his father-in-law Thomas Bartmess; and his sisters, Hazel Keller (Vic) and Jenny Lou East (Wayne).
He is survived by: his wife Susan Bartmess; his children, Christine Carboneau (Neal) and Michael McClaran (Julie); his grandchildren, Ashley Cutshaw (Richard) and Emma Braddy (Robert); his great grandchildren, Bonnie and Matthew; his brothers, Jimmy McClaran and Ralph McClaran (Diane); and his mother-in-law Vera Bartmess. He is also survived by many loving brothers and sisters in laws and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association (heart.org) in his honor are appreciated.
