We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2023, at the age of 49, Franklin E. Rutt of New Carlisle, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Larry P. Rutt. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl K. Rutt (Sacks); and his sisters, Julia Rutt Boone of LaPorte and Carrie Lynn Holt (Steve) of LaPorte. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral and burial expenses.
