He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles and Gladys Tolmen; and his siblings, Mary Mell, Rosetta Loomis, Jeanette Koehler, Ellen Sinks, Marie Swartz, Modell Karalloy, Louise Mackey, Helen Blackston, Russell, Richard, Harry and Terry Tolmen.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Young (Nathan) of Kankakee, IL; his granddaughters, Jessica Pickett (Kenny) of Bloomington, IL and Briana Young-Agacki (Tristan) of Wauwatosa, WI; his great grandchildren, Emmalyn and Elliana Pickett; and his sister-in-law Patricia Tolmen of New Carlisle.
