She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Tony" Bladecki and Anna "Annie" Bladecki (Banul); and her sisters, Catherine Jaronik and Chris DeLater. She is survived by: her wife Susan Spikes of Newark, NJ; and her siblings, Eileen Esposito of New Carlisle, IN and Richard Bladecki (Laura) of New Carlisle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
