He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. Martell and Diane Martell (Woodrick); his wife Mary L. Meyers; his sister Anita Ehrick; his niece Ashly Mills; and his stepson Che Black.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roberta Tennis (Brad) of LaPorte, Lisa Mills (Andy) of LaPorte and Tom Martell (Pam) of New Carlisle; his son Chase Meyers; and his stepchildren, Golda Gilkison (Josh) and Ben Black (Heidi).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
