He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clowers and Mabel Clowers (Hughett); his wife Daisy "Pauline" Stegall; his granddaughters, Betty Armstrong and Paula Bealor; and his siblings, Junior, James, Lonnie, Harley, Marley, David "Roger", Evelyn (Sissy), Aillene, Betty Lou and Veida.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pauline and Marinell; and his children, Marilyn Bealor (Walter), Sammie Clowers, Dale Clowers (Fem) and Betty Huston (Gary). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and twenty four great great grandchildren.
