He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Arthur Temple and Roxann Temple (Willis) of New Carlisle, IN; his sisters, Amanda Temple (Thomas Barczak) of South Bend, IN and Andrea Kuntz of New Carlisle, IN; his brother-in-law Christopher Kuntz of New Carlisle, IN; his siblings, Ben and Laney King; his nephew Ethan Kuntz (Rachel); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kalli and Ryker of La Porte; and his nieces, Lillian and Samantha Kuntz of New Carlisle. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
