He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wells and Margaret Hays (Hoffman). He is survived by: his siblings, Shaun Muth, Jennifer Nall, Beverly Rinker, Charles Hays (Tammy), Kevin Hays and Matthew Hays; and his significant other Ellen Kelley. He is also survived by nieces & nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; and many cousins.
