William Patrick Dougherty Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Patrick Dougherty (New Albany, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 16, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William and Betty Dougherty; and his close friend Dennis Farmer. He is survived by: his significant other Chris Dougherty; his daughters, Brittany Morton and Alicia Frederick (Bradley); his grandchildren, Riley Morton, Landry Logsdon, William Kash Elliott, Knox, Cruz and Owen Patrick Frederick; his siblings, Mike Dougherty (Becky), Ed Dougherty (Lisa), Carol O'Bryan (Rick), David Dougherty (Debbie), John Dougherty (Barbie Sutton Smith), Kevin Dougherty (Clare) and Katherine Sears; his sister-in-law Dixie Golden (Jeff); and his aunt Margie Joy (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (1752 Scheller Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park (2778 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150).
