He is survived by: his pets, Sarge and Hank; his son Dustin Amy (Michael); and his sisters, Michelle Bline (Michael), Tanya James (John), Pamela Casey (Ralph) and Debra Roberts (John).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1846 E Oak St, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
