He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Knasel and Emma Knasel (Stinson); his children, Patty Werner and Paul Knasel; and his siblings, Doris Wells-Badger and Donald Knasel.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Knasel; his children, Vicki Brown (Calvin), Penny Weaver (Bruce), John Knasel, Debbie Boyd (Gregg), Danny Kost (Victoria), Katie Yocum and Sandra Stepro (Steve); and his siblings, Bill Knasel (Shirley), JoAnn Johnson, Jeannie Humphrey and Peggy Roberts (Jeff). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
