He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Allen and Mary Allen. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Allen; his daughters, Tammy Neely, Lisa Allen (Greg Smith) and Karen Prather (Mike); his brother Larry Allen (Lynn); his grandsons, Cole Neely and Clayton Prather; and his pet Anna.
