She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Tharp and Sarah Tharp (Carmen); her husband James; her daughter Karen; and her siblings, Barbara, Carl Jr., Charles and Janice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In leau of flowers the family is requesting memorial donations can be made in Thelma's name to The American Heart Association.
