He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Weedman; his parents, Robert Weedman and Eloda Weedman; and his children, Ricky Lee Weedman and Olivia Eloda Weedman.

He is survived by: his daughter Terri Weedman; and his grandchildren, Irvin Banks Jr., Terri Miller (Brandon) and Dylan Edwards (Jasmine). He is also survived by three brothers; one sister; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Ln, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
