She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Staser and Virginia Staser (Hurst); and her son Kelly L. Howard. She is survived by: her husband Mark Tharp; her children, Tarassia M. Allen, Robert L. Stapp (Melinda) and Roger E. Stapp (Dana); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Samanatha (Randy), Tyler (Evelyn), Shayne (Esme), Aaron, Rachel (Justin), Jaycee, Brianna (Cody), Hannah (Kevin) and Samuel; and her sisters, Linda Magness and Donna Staser. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
The family requests that contributions in Tarassia's memory be made to ASPCA to protect animals.
