He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Amy and Sue Amy; his wife Donna Gail Amy; and his brother Marvin Amy. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Sheroan (Michael); his siblings, Mike Amy, Pam Bryant (Keith) and Missy Amy; his sister-in-law Liz Amy; his grandchildren, Brent Dunn, Dakota Jackson and Mahailey Sheroan; and his great grandchildren, Matthew and Savannah Dunn.
